In case of cancellation by Migavibe, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered a refund or credit according to our Cancellation Policy.

6. Payment Terms

Event registration fees vary and are clearly displayed before booking. Fees may include:

- Payment processing fees
All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation Policy.
6.2 Payment Methods

Maximum Liability: Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Migavibe shall not exceed the greater of:
- The total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR

- Do not accept rides from strangers or go to private locations
- Drink responsibly and never leave drinks unattended
