1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to all dating apéro events booked through Migavibe. We understand that plans change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process for all users.

2. User Cancellations

2.1 Cancellation Timeframes

Free Cancellation Period

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event date will receive a 100% refund

Partial Refund Period

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the event date will receive a 50% refund

No Refund Period

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date will not be eligible for a refund
  • No-shows (failure to attend without cancellation) will not receive a refund

2.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your event registration:

  • Log into your Migavibe account
  • Go to "My Events" section
  • Select the event you wish to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Registration"
  • Confirm your cancellation

2.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of cancellation approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking
  • Transaction fees may not be refundable depending on payment processor policies

3. Event Credits

Instead of a refund, users may choose to receive event credit for future dating apéros:

  • Event credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Credits can be applied to any Migavibe event of equal or lesser value
  • If the new event costs more, you pay the difference
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

4. Migavibe-Initiated Cancellations

4.1 Event Cancellation by Migavibe

We reserve the right to cancel events due to:

  • Insufficient registrations (minimum attendance not met)
  • Venue unavailability or closure
  • Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure
  • Safety concerns

4.2 Full Refund or Credit

In the event of cancellation by Migavibe:

  • Users will receive 100% refund, regardless of timing
  • Alternatively, users may opt for event credit plus 20% bonus for future events
  • Users will be notified as soon as possible via email and SMS (if provided)

5. Late Arrivals

  • Events have a specified start time
  • Users arriving more than 30 minutes late may be denied entry without refund
  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Medical or Emergency Situations

In cases of documented medical emergencies or serious unforeseen circumstances:

  • Contact us at info@migavibe.com with supporting documentation
  • Each case will be reviewed individually
  • We may offer a full refund or event credit at our discretion

7.2 Repeated Cancellations

  • Users who repeatedly cancel events (3+ cancellations in 6 months) may be:
    • Subject to modified cancellation terms
    • Required to pay non-refundable deposits
    • Suspended from future events

8. Removal from Events

If Migavibe removes a user from an event due to:

  • Violation of Terms and Conditions
  • Inappropriate behavior
  • Providing false information

No refund will be issued

9. Weather and External Factors

  • Events will proceed regardless of weather unless deemed unsafe
  • Minor inconveniences (rain, cold) do not qualify for refunds
  • Venue changes due to weather will be communicated in advance

10. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a cancellation decision:

  • Contact us at info@migavibe.com within 7 days of the decision
  • Provide your booking reference and detailed explanation
  • We will review and respond within 5 business days

11. Modifications to This Policy

  • Migamor GmbH reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time
  • Changes will be posted on Migavibe with the updated date
  • Changes apply to bookings made after the modification date
  • Existing bookings remain subject to the policy in effect at time of booking
